Peter J. Richards, CEO, has 25 years experience in developing and executing “go to market” strategies, sales and operations, world wide. Prior to uCirrus Corporation, Mr. Richards has held CEO and VP/GM positions with change agent market leading companies such as VirtualLogix, CoWare, Wind River Systems and Tandem Computers. In these positions, Mr. Richards successfully introduced new products and services covering the technology areas of virtualization, embedded software, enterprise server business applications, network communciations elements (wired and wireless), mobile handsets, financial services eft/pos, communication networks, and high integrity, secure fault tolerant computing systems. His experience covers the functional areas of sales, marketing, business development/partnerships, professional services project management, M&A, venture capital raising, IP engineering management and organization development. Mr. Richards' experience covers working with market leading companies in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia. Mr. Richards was educated in Australia and later in the United Kingdom. He holds a US accredited equivalent B.A. in Marketing Management from Westminster College London, U.K.

Ray Huetter, PhD, CTO, is a creative software design engineer with 20+ years of experience, who specializes in high-performance transactions systems. Mr. Huetter was Technical Manager for Oracle when it first established its Australian operations and has been founder and principle researcher for two start-up ventures: Ochre – an object oriented 4GL company; and Bullant – an agent based transaction processing system. With several patents lodged in his name, Mr. Huetter is particularly adept in designing and building sophisticated, yet elegant, multi-threaded high-performance systems. Mr. Huetter earned his PhD at the University of Technology, Sydney, with a thesis on symmetric multiprocessor system scalability.

Paul May, CFO, has more than 25 years experience in financial management and administration, worldwide. Prior to uCirrus Corporation, Mr. May has held CFO and senior financial management positions in leading companies such as Virtuallogix Inc., Avidia Inc., Finnigan Corp., Bayer Healthcare LLC, Siemens Medical Systems and Mohawk Data Sciences Corp. In these positions, Mr. May successfully integrated acquired companies into parent company portfolios, managed divestitures or restructuring of divisons or subsidiaries and was the authority in the interpretation of SEC and GAAP accounting regulations. His experience covers the functional areas of finance, accounting, audit, human resources administration, risk management, business combinations, M&A, venture capital raising and organizational development. Mr. May’s experience covers working with leading companies in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia and South Africa. He was educated in Australia and holds a US accredited equivalent B.S. in Accounting. Mr. May is a certified accountant.

David Cracknell, VP Customer Engineering, has more than 25 years experience developing enterprise-level database software. Most recently Mr. Cracknell was VP for R&D at Genus Software, where he led the development of parallel load technology and other tools. Prior to Genus, he was a Director at HP where he was responsible for the initial release and follow-on development of HP’s NonStop SQL/MX relational database product for HP’s NonStop platforms. Mr. Cracknell has 30 years of research and development experience in major computer and software companies (GEC/Marconi Research Labs, Computer Machinery Company, Four Phase Systems, Tandem Computers. Hewlett Packard).
